All Fully Evolved Pokemon Now Have Form Changes:

This update brings the remaining Level X Form Changes for Gens 8 and 9. All new Pokemon down the road will come with Level X Form Changes in the same update (but I will not ever design a Pokemon with their Level X in mind.)
