I will always design the regular forms in isolation before making their form changes though. This is to keep with the design philosophy of making each Highlander Pokemon strong without the need of other Pokemon and forms.

New Pokémon:

• Colorless: Terapagos
• Darkness: Brute Bonnet
• Fairy: Fezandipiti
• Lightning: Boltund – Level X, Miraidon – Level X

Changed Pokémon:

• Fairy: Tapu Koko
  • “Sky Claw” now costs 2 Fairy and 1 Colorless Energy
• Psychic: Articuno
  • “Freezing Glare” places 2 damage counters on all of your opponent’s Pokemon-EX. If you flip tails, you now move 1 Energy attached to Articuno to 1 of your Benched Pokemon.
• Water: Articuno
  • “Blizzard” places 2 damage counters on all of your opponent’s Pokemon-EX. If you flip tails, you now move 1 Energy attached to Articuno to 1 of your Benched Pokemon.
